Read the two totals correctly
Card face value is the balance represented by a code. The USD sale price is what you pay Arcavanta for that code. For example, 25 codes with a 25 EUR face value represent 625 EUR of recipient balance; the seller amount is a separate USD calculation.
One line, one product
A market, currency and denomination identify a product line. Each product has a displayed minimum quantity; 25 codes is the default. Quantities of different products do not combine to meet a line minimum.
